Eileen McCaffrey, Chief Executive Officer, began as a volunteer with Foster Care to Success in 1981, joined the board of directors in 1987 and became executive director in 1991. A graduate of The Catholic University of America, Eileen serves on the boards of directors for the National Independent Living Association, Medco and Charity Works.

Tina Raheem, Scholarship Director, joined Foster Care to Success in 2000. With a background as a financial manager and volunteer, she has been a driving force in the expansion and growth of the FCS scholarship and grant programs.

Tanya Noble-Marx, Director of Technology Services, combines a background in social work with information technology expertise to ensure that Foster Care to Success systems are user friendly, efficient and purpose-driven.

Lynn Davis, Director of Partnership Development, joined Foster Care to Success in 2007, bringing more than 20 years of experience in volunteer management to the organization. She works with individuals, community groups and corporations to build partnerships and develop volunteer opportunities to help former foster youth.
